Every player will begin with the “Summoner” title. Other titles will be available through completing event quests, special events, or difficult challenges.
How long does it take for Kabam to respond?
Every time I have sent in a ticket (twice for accidental purchases, one with units and one with an event currency), they got back to me within 2 days and resolved the issue within 3-4 maybe. Not incredibly fast but not long at all either.
