Unfortunately we don’t offer a personalised card with any of our accounts.
Can I put a picture on my Halifax card?
They can have their own photo, maybe from a favourite holiday – as I have done – or a picture of a pet, partner or child. There are exclusions such as sports stars, celebrities and trademarks but customers can upload their own images or select one from an online gallery.
Can I order a new Halifax card online?
If you’re registered for Online Banking, you can report it and request a new card online or in the Halifax Mobile Banking app. We’ll cancel your card and send you a replacement. You can also freeze and unfreeze your card – handy if you’ve temporarily forgotten where you put your card.
