What are the weeks of Alpha?

Alpha is organised as a series of sessions over 10 weeks, including a day or weekend away. Each session starts with a meal, followed by a talk and then discussion in small groups. The talks aim to cover the basic beliefs of the Christian faith.

How much does it cost to be a Alpha?

Everyone is welcome. How Much Will It Cost? There is no charge for attending the Alpha course. There will be a $3 fee for adult dinners (Kids eat free and free childcare is available during class).

Who can do the Alpha Course? The Alpha course is for anyone and everyone over the age of 18 HOWEVER, we also run Alpha Youth which is an interactive series, providing an opportunity for young people aged 11 – 18 years to personally explore the Christian faith for themselves in a friendly group setting.

How many sessions are in a youth Alpha course?

The AYFS series is twelve episodes and meant to be done over 8-10 weeks (depending on how many sessions are included on the Alpha Weekend or Alpha Day). Each episode is about 20 minutes with built-in discussion breaks. The typical format on Alpha includes food, fun, a talk (video or live) and discussion.
