Will monkeys damage my car at Longleat?
Our cheeky monkeys may well climb on your car and can cause damage. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for any damage or losses to your car including spoilers, trims, roof racks, number plates, accessories and parking sensors (which are their favourite).
Are there monkeys at Safari Park?
NO MONKEYS! However the giraffes and camels have filled the gap. White lions and others just lie about in the sun as far from cars as possible. The cheetahs are caged-it’s like Twycross Zoo for slobs who can’t be bothered to leave their cars in places!
Can you skip the monkeys at Longleat?
Yes, you can bypass the monkey enclosure if you don’t want them on your car but in all honesty, you miss the best bit of the park. It’s so funny to watch them jumping from car to car and the chances of any serious damage been done is slim.

What happens if you break down in a safari park?
If you need assistance in the Safari Drive-through, you can raise the alarm by sounding your horn and switching on your hazard lights. Our safari rangers will aim to assist as soon as they can.
