Does Fitness Connection do contracts?
Although we do our agreement signatures electronically, you can read a paper copy of our agreement before signing. Please make sure that you get a printed copy of your signed agreement before you leave. There is an annual fee that we bill once per year.
Does Fitness Connection charge to cancel?
Fitness Connection does not prorate their cancelations. You need to provide a 30-day notice. If another billing cycle begins during this period, you’ll be charged. You’ll be able to use the gym in the period that you paid for, even if it ends after your 30 days, but you are not entitled to any refund.

Does Fitness Connection report to credit bureaus?
Your local gym will not report the payments on your membership to the credit bureaus. Making your payments on time will not help your credit score and late payments will not hurt your score. It is not like a credit card where even one late payment can badly damage your credit rating.

How do you break a gym contract?
In order to terminate a contract, many gyms require members to submit a notarized letter of cancellation. This is a letter signed by an official notary public.
