How do I check My Optus usage?
- Open the My Optus app.
- If you’re not already logged in, click the icon in the top left corner and enter your My Account login email and password. If you’ve forgotten your login details, click here.
- Click Service.
- Your data usage meter will be displayed. You can also view your Talk and Text usage.
How do I check my call history on Optus?
To view your call History – Received, Placed or Missed calls:
- Click on the History button.
- Select the Telephone icon to view Call History.
- Select the Chat icon to view Chat History.
How do I check my data usage on Optus prepaid?
If you’re using a mobile phone, you can view your Prepaid Mobile Broadband balance and expiry date via the My Optus app.
- Launch the My Optus app.
- From the bottom left corner of your display, select the service tab.
- Here you’ll see your remaining data balance and credit expiry date.
Does Optus store internet history?
