Sixteen years ago, Belloc, during one of his rampages, met and fell in love with Margaret Rosenblatt when she refused to run away. Together, they conceived a child, Duncan Rosenblatt. For an unknown reason, Belloc allowed Duncan to be raised by his mother for sixteen years.
