Are Armada skis stiff?
It’s a smooth feeling flex curve – which I like – but I found them to be significantly stiffer than the ARV 106 particularly in the nose, despite Armada listing the 106 as the stiffer ski. They aren’t quite as stiff as the ON3P Kartels or the K2 Poacher but all in all the ARV 96 is now a pretty solid ski.

There are 2 mount lines locations on the ARV 96, the further back line is -5cm back/the “All Mountain/very little Park” line and the more centered line is (-2.5 cm back) is the “50/50 of Park/All Mountain” line. Mount on the -2.5cm line and enjoy with your preferences!
Should Park Skis be center mounted?

Great skis and bindings. You’ll love them! Usually skis usually ship with some wax from the factory but by the time the skis get to you they could have dried out a bit. It never hurts to have them waxed and to make sure the edge angles are good(Armada factory is 1 degree base/1 degree side) and that the bases are flat.
