The mechanics are excellent and do not lose anything with 2 players. Destroying provinces, pillaging and improving your stats, drafting cards….all work greatly with 2 players.

Blood Rage is a great game. Overall, this digital implementation is pretty good, but not perfect. There are a million ways to teach a game, but in this reviewer’s opinion, the tutorial could be better. That’s not a huge negative because, after a few turns, new players should be able to pick it up.
