How long does it take to install air ride?
A basic installation of most kits will take a competent shop 8-10 hours. For the most part, the suspension components mount just like their OEM counterparts. It is the compressor/tank/manifold/wiring/air line configuration that can alter the time required to install.
How much does an airlift kit cost?
The overall airlift management and suspension kits can cost the user around $2500 to $5000 depending on the system components installed. The air-ride suspension kit cost can range from $2000 to $4500 based on the number of airbags and model of the vehicle.
Can you use air suspension without compressor?
A compressor isn’t required, but it is convenient! An On-Board Air Compressor System allows you to inflate and deflate your air springs on-the-go.
Where do you put the water trap on air ride?
Water traps should be located after the tank, before the valves, that way any condensation in the tank is stopped before the valves. It also doesnt hurt to put a check valve aka one way valve after the water trap, before the valves, incase of loss of tank pressure.
How long do Airlift airbags last?
Forever! If they are properly installed and maintained, our air springs can last indefinitely. Just check the pressure regularly, or use an on board air system to maintain it for you. Air Lift offers a Lifetime Warranty on all of our air spring kits.

How often should I drain my air ride tank?
It is recommended that you drain your tank daily, whether it is manually or automatically. Water build up in your tank can cause the bottom of your tank to rust forcing you to invest in a new tank. If you find yourself forget about draining your tank, you should look into purchasing an electronic drain valve.
