Why is my Truma Ultrastore not working?
it may have tripped out ( the electric element ) it should reset it self , but sometimes you have to loosen the nut behind it , them tighten up to reset it .

Is the Truma ultrastore 10l a good camper water heater?
It certainly was in ours. The Truma Ultrastore 10L is however one of the more reasonably priced camper hot water heaters on the current market. And there are certainly far more expensive options. Take the Truma Combi 4E Boiler for example, which combines a water heater with a space heater.
Do I need an expert to install a Truma water heater?

I have never seen a significantlt distorted truma tank bottom through frost damage here in the UK. The damage that can be created by frost can be quite alarming, but the samples often shown of worst case damage are often artificially created by putting a heaeter in a deep freeze, to prove a point.
