There are several ways you can accelerate perk or skill training:
- Training for Free Experience.
- The Accelerate Crew Training option on Elite vehicles.
- Study Crew Books.
- Activate Personal Reserves.
- Earn more both Combat and Crew XP when playing with WoT Premium Account or in Premium vehicles.

The client values, given for 100% crew, will normally be taken into battle with 110% crew skill members aside from specific functions, causing their actual performance to deviate from the expected client value.
