How do I contact the Rspca in emergency?

Do the Rspca need towels?
We are always in need of towels and fleecy bedding for the animals at our homing centre, if you have any spare, you can either contact us or drop it into our clinic or one of our shops. Any donation however small can make a difference to the animals at the centre.
How long does it take for the Rspca to come out?
Although we reply to the majority of complaints within 25 working days, if the matter is complex and requires greater investigation it may take longer. If this is the case, we will contact you again to let you know and advise how much longer it will take and why.
Does Rspca take old duvets?
If you have any spare we’ll be happy to take them off your hands. We also need sheets, towels, blankets and duvets to use as animal bedding and in caring for the animals. Please bring your unwanted bedding and towels along so that we can put them to good use.

Can you find out who reported you to RSPCA?
This is also known as a Subject Access Request or SAR. This is your right to receive a copy of your personal information held by the RSPCA. Please note that a SAR only allows you to see your own data and not anyone else’s, for example, the person who reported you.
Can RSPCA enter your home?
The RSPCA will usually attend at properties without notice and should be present with Police officers and a warrant to be able to search your home and land. Without accompanying Police officers and a warrant, you should not allow the RSPCA to enter as the charity has no lawful authority to be there.

Depending on the condition of your old bedding, homeless charities will often welcome donations of unwanted duvets which can help keep homeless people warm and comfortable at night.
