  1. Make single deck of 132 cards.
  2. Lay four cards face-up on the table.
  3. A player will draft one of these four cards. The next player will draft two of the remaining three cards.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the entire deck is drafted, rotating who drafts first each round.
