After brushing, rinse thoroughly. Basic directions: Choose an application method above to apply Plus White 5 minute bleach whitening power gel to the surfaces of the teeth you wish to whiten. Minimize the contact with your gums as much as possible. Allow 5 minutes for the bleaching action to take effect.

The whitening is great, it does cause you to salivate quite a bit so when you form your new mouth guards I’d form one for top one for bottom SEPARATELY so you can spit out when it becomes unbearable. If the guards are well formed they wont come out when you spit excess saliva – mine dont.
