What is the next Grounded update?
It’s been a long time coming. After spending around two years in early access, Obsidian is ready to present Grounded to the world fully after months of gathering player feedback. The studio announced during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase that Grounded 1.0 will be releasing in September 2022 on Xbox and PC.

How can I get Grounded for free?
Grounded is an open world survival game that shrinks players down to the size of insects in a suburban backyard. The game just recieved its biggest update yet in its early access, and now has over 5 million unique players. If you haven’t tried Grounded yet, it is currently free to play on Steam for the entire weekend.
Is Grounded fully released 2022?
Players and fans of the preview version of Grounded take note: The game will enter its full release in September 2022 on Windows 10/11, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Steam, and will also be available with Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
Can you tame bugs in Grounded?
To tame bugs in Grounded, you need to feed them Plant Slurry (if they’re an Aphid) or Mushroom Slurry (if they’re a Weevil). You can get these by building a Grinder in your base and putting either Plant Fibres or Mushroom Chunks inside it.

The install size for Grounded has been revealed coming in at a rather tiny size at launch releasing on July 28, 2020 and taking up a total of 4.10 GB on the Xbox Marketplace and 3.74 GB on the Microsoft Store. The game is also Xbox One X enhanced providing an enhanced resolution with no HDR support.

Can you have a pet ant in Grounded?
If you spot hostile Worker Ants or Lawn Mites in an area, it means that a Weevil is nearby. Drop a Mushroom Slurry near the Weevil that you wish to tame and wait for it to consume it, do this once more and you should be able to ‘pet’ the Weevil, this means that you’ve successfully tamed it.
Can you have pets in Grounded?
Pets are a feature in Grounded that allows the player to tame certain creatures for the players gain. Pets give certain buffs, produce items, and more that can benefit the player. Pets can be named and suited with pet attire with the use of a Pet House to further customize the players insect friends.
