Across from there there is a dirt/gravel parking lot for you to park and then you follow the sign at the art shop and go down on the right until you see a larger sign that says “Beinvenedos” and it gives the rules for black sand beach. Have to take about a 15 min hike to get there which was cool, but not worth it since the sand is barely black like other black sand beaches I have been to!
