What’s your opinion on Jin?
We used to love Jin, and had frequented many times it since the original opened at 125th. Our favorites were the spicy tonkatsu and the miso ramen. But the last few times it’s been super bland. Both under seasoned salt-wise and a broth that feels watered down and not rich at all. For the miso, even with extra spicy mayu it was still way too bland.
