- Go to Profile and select Sign-in info.
- Scroll down and select View customer service summary & terms of service (PDF).
How do I enter a discount code on AT?
You can add the discount to your account once it’s active by visiting https://www.wireless.att.com/business/enrollment/ and providing your work email and your phone number and following the directions. If you don’t have a work/school email, just visit an AT corporate store wtih your ID/paystub/etc.

What is IRU in AT?
Under this Contract, the term “IRU” and “Individual Responsibility User” mean an Employee receiving Service under an individual account in accordance with the Sponsorship Program.
What is the AT signature program discount?
A $10 discount is applied after the application of any available AutoPay and paperless bill discount, only on phone lines 1 to 5. Any additional phone lines added over 5 and up to a maximum of 10 reduces all phone line (including lined 1 to 5) discounts to $5 per month per phone line.
Why did my AT bill go up $20?
You exceed your data cap… many plans have data cap, overage charges are $10/50G, thus the $20 increase could be all or partial data overage charge. For UVERSE based internet charges can be up to $100 per month, for LEGACY DSL or FIXED WIRELESS charges can be up to $200 per month.
