Why is my ITV Hub not working on TV?
Clear your cache – If you’re trying to access the ITV Hub directly from your internet browser, then make sure that you clear your cache in advance. This can resolve your problem the majority of the time. Clear your cookies – Whilst you’re clearing your cache, you may as well go ahead and clear your cookies too.
Why is ITV not showing on ITV Hub?
If you’re watching on your mobile or TV, shows from ITV2, ITV3, ITVBe, ITV4 and CITV will be available, but not from ITV main channel. This needs to be done to comply with our broadcasting and rights regulations (the legal stuff!).

Why is my ITV Hub screen buffering?
The ITV Hub requires about 800 kbps but if your internet signal is weak, the ITV Hub will automatically adjust itself so you may find that you get buffering screens or lagging whilst you’re trying to watch your shows. The first thing to do if you have a wireless connection is to move your device closer to your router.
